Refunds
Vending Machines: Refunds are available by contacting Campus Dining Vending at (805) 756-5944 or visiting any Campus Dining cashier and reporting the machine, the time, and the amount lost.
Printing: Refunds are available through computer lab monitors who will verify the refund and submit a refund request form to Customer Service. The refund will be credited to your membership.
Returned Merchandise: Refunds at El Corral Bookstore are credited to your membership.
Campus Dining: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase at a restaurant on campus, simply inform a staff member and they will replace the item.
Campus Express Club: To close your membership and request a refund of remaining value, complete a Refund Request form available at Customer Service (building 19, between Sandwich Factory and The Avenue); Partial Refunds are not given. Bonuses are not refundable; A $10 service charge will be deducted from membership. Please allow two weeks to process refunds.
